Mary James, President of Quester II accompanied her parents overseas, and grew up in nine countries. She received her AA Degree from Foothill College and her B.A. from California State University, San Francisco.

Ms. James has worn many employee hats over the course of 30 years, all of which she contends help in her work. She spent 15 years working in Manhattan in numerous enterprises, including The Business Council for International Understanding, Celanese and The Rockefeller Group. Overseas she worked as a USIS contract employee in Karachi, Pakistan.

She moved to Severna Park, Maryland in 1990 to work beside her father at Quester II. In 2003 Ms. James moved the firm to Centreville, Maryland, where she currently resides with her two mutts.

Ms James and Quester were named EXPORTER OF THE YEAR by the State of Maryland in 2000. She was very proud that her father was able to see how far his dream had come

Quester has provided customized items to major summit meetings such as The Summit of the Americas, various G7’s and even a special Olympic tee for Embassy employees in Athens.
